    DEFINITIONs

  • "Service" refers to the data server services provided by Saints And Masters Private Limited . ( SnM)
  • "Customer" refers to the individual or organization using the Service.
  • "Data" refers to all information stored on the Service.
  • "Server" refers to the equipment and software used to provide the Service.

    • SERVICE DESCRIPTION

  • SnM provides data server services, including storage, processing, and transmission of Data.

    • USE OF SERVICE

  • Customer shall use the Service for lawful purposes only.
  • Customer shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Customer shall not:
  • Use the Service for spam, phishing, or malicious activities.
  • Store or transmit prohibited or illegal content.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service.

    • DATA OWNERSHIP AND RESPONSIBILITY

  • Customer retains ownership of all Data.
  • Data accuracy and integrity.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws.

    • SECURITY

  • SnM shall implement reasonable security measures to protect Data.
  • Customer shall:
  • Maintain secure passwords and access controls.
  • Report suspected security breaches to Saints and Masters.

    • SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT

  • SnM aims to provide 99.9% uptime.
  • Scheduled maintenance will be performed during low-usage periods.

    • PAYMENT TERMS

  • Customer shall pay fees + Applicable taxes as specified in the subscription plan.
  • Payment is due immediately as on invoice date

    • TERMINATION

  • Either party may terminate the Service agreement with 30 days' written notice.
  • Upon termination, Customer shall:
  • Remove all Data from the Service.
  • Pay outstanding fees.

    • WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

  • The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available".

    • LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • SnM's liability shall be limited to direct damages.
  • In no event shall SnM be liable for consequential damages.

    • GOVERNING LAW

  • These Terms shall be governed by India’s laws.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration.

    • CHANGES TO TERMS

  • SnM reserves the right to modify these Terms.
  • Changes will be effective upon posting on dataprotection@snmclound.in
